Tai Chi synchronises the mind, body and spirit

Valerie is a fully qualified Tai Chi and Qi Gong teacher, fully certified by the UK Tai Chi Union, who truly believes in the physical, psychological and health benefits that Tai Chi and Qi Gong can bring to all.

Her encouraging class focuses on the body’s energy centers, combined with mindful breathing and through gentle yet energising movement allows the physical body to strengthen, the mind to relax and the individuals true potential to unfold.

A Daoist form of Tai Chi and Chi Kung is taught based on the Mantak Chia Universal Healing Tao System. Valerie teaches a number of these classes locally from beginners to advanced students and enjoys seeing students progressing and developing along their joyful Tai Chi journey.
